Generate Sample from Gamma Distribution

For Generate Random Sample, the gamma (Γ) distribution can be defined by its Mean and Variance or a and b parameters, in which case the mean is equal to ab and variance ab². The Location parameter is optional: it can be used to shift the gamma distribution in either direction along the x-axis.
